I caution you not to deal with this place, unless you are willing to pay full price or more. I will watch my bill, but I have a feeling I will be speaking with them again. I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of fumbling Keystone Kops! They should have offered me some kind of compensation, I probably would have declined, but I would have felt better about the hotel. They said, after I had waited more than fifteen minutes, that the charge would be on my card and in a few days I would see a credit. I was livid, they give these things to help out organizations, then the people that win them are put through a tremendous amount of stress, just to get the hotel to honor it. Upon check-out I was told that the room charge would be applied to the card I had left for incidentals. The elevator is in the middle of the hallway. Super shower! Precious soaps! During the night from about midnight to almost 4AM, it was really loud out in the hallway, so you may want to ask for a room at the end of a hallway. The room was beautiful, very clean and with a great view. They gave us a room and told us it would be resolved by the next morning.
When we arrived, the three people that tried to help us were not successful. I called and made the reservation and informed them of the freebie.
